By accessing or using FreshLoop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. FreshLoop is operated by FreshLoop Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").
FreshLoop provides a real-time cricket match probability engine and automated trading interface for prediction markets. The Platform analyzes live match data to generate win probability estimates and, based on user configuration, may execute trades on connected prediction market exchanges (such as Kalshi) using the user's own account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and the terms of any connected exchange.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. When you connect third-party exchange credentials (e.g., Kalshi API keys), those credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and are only decrypted server-side when executing trades on your behalf. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of the FreshLoop probability model does not guarantee future results. The Platform's probability estimates are algorithmic predictions, not financial advice. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. FreshLoop is a software tool that automates trading based on your chosen parameters. All trading decisions are ultimately your responsibility.
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live cricket data feeds, exchange APIs, and network conditions are outside our control. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for missed trades or losses caused by downtime.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the probability model; (b) use the Platform to manipulate markets; (c) share your account with others; (d) use automated tools to scrape the Platform; or (e) violate any applicable law or exchange terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshLoop Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising from your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your encrypted credentials are permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
